Healthy Muslim Halal Food

Islam religion permit some food to eat which called “Halal Food” and foods that are forbidden called “Haraam Food”, may you think that Halal Food is vegetarian because some Muslims refuse to eat Meat, these why in foreign countries the meat is not sure is Halal Food or Haraam Food, actually almost meats like Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Goat and Fish can be eaten as long as it is prepared accordingly and not contaminated as haraam foods. It’s actually easy to eat a healthy and well-balanced food when following a halal low.

Halal food in all over the Muslims world are prepared with a lot of spices. Curry is the most used one, which have benefits and healthy for body. Then Turmeric is a curry ingredient that is an antioxidant and can lower the risk of developing colon cancer, heart disease and arthritis.
